基于边缘Hough变换的灭弧室触头X射线故障诊断

Fault diagnosis of interrupter contacts based on edge Hough transformation of X-ray images

  • 摘要: 目前对真空灭弧器故障诊断的研究主要依赖于电磁压力分析。然而,由于电磁噪声和机械噪声的干扰,诊断效果往往并不理想。本文提出基于边缘Hough 变换的X 射线诊断方式,利用X 射线成像系统获取真空灭弧室触头的内部结构。本文结合BM3D 图像去噪、图像标准化和SAMSR 图像增强技术以增强图像内部信息表达。由于真空灭弧室结构的相似性,本文使用边缘Hough 变换处理触头结构图像。对触头区域图像执行Canny 边缘检测,使用Hough 变换以选取最具表达性直线,设定合适故障阈值,计算动触头和静触头最具代表直线差值,进而判断触头故障信息。本文对真空灭弧室整体结构进行系统性分析,并针对性地说明了3 种不同的触头失效形式。实验使用6 组触头故障数据进行,计算角度差值分别为3.63°、4.77°、8.95°、5.15°、5.50°和3.72°,均满足设定故障阈值条件,具有良好的故障诊断效果。

     

    Abstract: Current research on fault diagnosis of vacuum interrupters relies mainly on electromagnetic pressure analysis.However,due to the interference of electromagnetic noise and mechanical noise,the diagnostic results are often unsatisfactory.In this paper,we propose an X-ray diagnostic method based on edge Hough transform,which utilizes an X-ray imaging system to acquire the internal structure of vacuum interrupter contacts.In this paper,BM3D image denoising,image normalization,and SAMSR image enhancement techniques are combined to enhance the internal information expression of images.Due to the similarity of the vacuum interrupter structure,the edge Hough transform is used to process the contact structure image.Canny edge detection is performed on the contact area image,the Hough transform is used to select the most expressive straight line,the appropriate fault threshold is set,and the difference between the most expressive curves of the movable and static contacts is calculated.Then,the contact fault information is judged.The overall structure of the vacuum interrupter is systematically analyzed,and three different contact failure forms are illustrated.The experiment was carried out using six groups of contact failure data,and the calculated angular differences are 3.63°,4.77°,8.95°,5.15°,5.50° and 3.72°,respectively,which met the set fault threshold conditions and have good fault diagnosis effect.
