High-resolution dual-view CT reconstruction method based on a diffusion model
-
Abstract
Computed tomography (CT) is an advanced three-dimensional imaging technology that obtains the internal structure information of an object by acquiring X-ray images from different angles. Existing dual-view CT reconstruction methods can reconstruct the internal structure of objects from dual-view X-ray images, but the resolution of reconstructed images is limited. This paper proposes a high-resolution dual-view CT reconstruction method based on a diffusion model to address this issue. This method first uses a 2D diffusion model as the basic model, and adds a dual-view projection prior as the generation condition to achieve constrained generation of fault images. Then,to further improve the quality of CT reconstructions, this method introduces iterative optimization for CT as a data consistency constraint. Subsequently, this method designed a high-resolution tomographic image generation strategy that can effectively improve the image resolution of CT reconstructions. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high-resolution dual-view CT reconstruction with good image quality.
